"Life Alchemy - Transformative Wellness Practices" Is a ten-week dynamic and experiential online video program (done in webinar/meeting style) that is designed to to do four main things:
1) Provide a simple but comprehensive model for understanding who you are and how you work
2) Provide practical tools and strategies you can apply to changing your stuck life patterns immediately
3) Provide an opportunity for a regular transformative hypnosis experience
4) Provide an opportunity for education and support within the context of community
The group will cover issues such as
- the role of and interaction between the conscious and unconscious minds
- the impact of trauma on wellness (even if if you don't think you have any trauma!)
- tools for immediate change and self management
- transformational shifts for lasting change
This program is appropriate for anyone struggling with issues such as anxiety, anger and self esteem challenges or for people feelling generally "stuck" in repeating negative or self-limiting patterns. "Life Alchemy - Transformative Wellness Practices" is suitable for both new and previous clients with whom I have worked (great if you're feeling like you would like some continuing support and reinforcement after one-to-one work). It is primarily suitable for people 18 yrs of age or older.
(Please note however that this is a psycho-educational program for personal growth and is not considered to be a mental health or psychotherapy treatment program)
"Life Alchemy" will start Monday April 30 and run every Monday from 7:00pm -8:30 pm for ten weeks. While "live" participation is preferred because the sessions will be interactive (allowing you to ask questions, engage in discussions etc.), the sessions will also be recorded so you can view them at your leisure later if you happen to miss a session - or if you just want to review and re-listen to a session when you want.
Cost for the "Life Alchemy - Transformative Wellness Practices" online group is $195.00 (thats less than $20 per session).
